These have an elastic opening which is about 10 inches wide to fit comfortably over your skimmer basket with a deep fall to fit all large baskets. They collect and trap almost everything before it reaches the pump and filter system. These are a great timesaver because they keep out all the yuck and you will spend less time and energy backwashing. Cleaning is easy with a simple garden hose.
