Delivery times are estimate only. All shipping is subject to weight and volume and some bulky orders may be charged at a different rate which will be quoted at checkout.

Regular Shipping – $4.95 or FREE for orders over $50. All orders within Australia*

Regular Shipping orders placed before 1:00pm AEST should be received within 1-5 business days to NSW, QLD & VIC and 5-10 business days to WA, SA & NT. This service can take longer to some rural areas.

Regular Shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Mr Pool Man takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend having your article delivered to a trusted address (such as work address) where you can sign for it. If a safe place is not found to leave your article, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. Express Shipping - Cost calculated when selected at checkout*

Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received the next business day. This service takes 2-3 business days to most other areas.

Bulky Shipping - From $9.95 - Cost calculated at checkout depending on area

Bulky items can include some Pumps, Filters, Cleaners, Chlorinators and other heavy products. Bulky items that are tagged with the following:

Carry a Bulky Shipping Cost starting from $9.95 depending on your area. These shipping fees are based on the size and weight of the product and any shipping charges will be quoted during checkout. Estimated delivery time for bulky orders is 1-7 days (7-14 days for regional areas).

New Zealand Shipping - Cost calculated at checkout

New Zealand shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Mr Pool Man takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing a business address for it to be delivered to. Estimated delivery time for New Zealand orders is 3-7 Days.

International Shipping (rest of the world) - Cost calculated at checkout

Unless Signature Required is selected at checkout, International Shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Mr Pool Man takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing a business address for it to be delivered to. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 3-15 days.

Customs and Duty Charges (Excludes selected Tax Free Shipping countries)

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Mr Pool Man cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Mr Pool Man will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.
